George Kay Stephenson - President and CEO

George Kay Stephenson, President and CEO, establishes corporate policy and directs the company's growth strategy. Stephenson's management and business insight stems from his experience as a successful professional football coach from 1975-1998, including head coach of the Buffalo Bills.  Stephenson has identified the best and the brightest talent in software development, operations management and public safety information technology to create an unparalleled team of professionals.

 

Shane K. Lincke - Executive Director and Senior Vice President

Shane K. Lincke, Executive Director and Senior Vice President, is the founder of CTS and principal developer of its core products. He received his associate degree in Criminal Justice Technology and his bachelor degree in Computer Science. He developed maintenance and logistics software systems as a software engineer for United Nuclear Corporation and United Technologies. Lincke, a commissioned law enforcement officer, has served as a technology consultant for several law enforcement agencies, including as Information Systems Director for Escambia County, Florida, Sheriff's Office.

 

James Benson - Chief Operating Officer

James Benson, Chief Operating Officer, served as Director of Worldwide Distribution for Eastman Chemical Company (NYSE: EMN) from 1996 through 2000 and served in various management and sales positions for Eastman from 1980-1996. Eastman is the world's largest producer of polyester plastics and a leading manufacturer of chemicals and fibers, with sales exceeding $5 billion per year. Jim received his bachelor degree at the University of Florida in Industrial and Systems Engineering, and his M.B.A. from Rutgers University. Jim joined the CTS team in 2001.

 
Martin H. Levin - Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel

Martin H. Levin, Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel, served as Chief Executive Officer for the law firm of Levin, Papantonio from 1991-2001, during which time he led the firm from revenue of $30 million (1991) to $750 million (2001). Martin received his economics degree (with distinction) from Stanford University; his masters in theology from Harvard University; and his law degree (graduating number one in his class) from University of Florida. Martin joined the CTS team in 2001.
